Rest with your upper body raised
Upper-body elevation may help some adults manage nighttime acid reflux. An adjustable base makes that position easier to find; ask your clinician which position is right for you.
Give your legs a lift
A base with foot lift can make leg elevation easier. Elevating the legs may help reduce fluid pooling and some swelling when recommended by a clinician. Head-only bases do not provide foot lift.

Is the foundation included?
The displayed price follows the configuration selected above. Choose None for the mattress without a foundation. Foundation and adjustable base configurations have their own prices.
Can I use an adjustable base?
Compatible adjustable base options are listed in the selector above. Confirm the base size and mattress configuration before ordering, particularly for a Split King.
What is a Split King?
A Split King consists of two Twin XL mattresses placed side by side. It can pair with a compatible split adjustable base so each sleeper can adjust their side independently.
Will my current bed frame work?
Your mattress needs a firm, flat support surface. Ask Bedding Mart to help check your bed frame or foundation against the manufacturer’s support requirements before use.
How should I care for the mattress?
Use a mattress protector and follow the law tag and manufacturer’s care instructions. Keep liquids away from the mattress and do not remove the cover unless the care instructions permit it.
Should I flip or rotate the mattress?
These mattresses have a designated sleeping surface. Follow the manufacturer’s guidance for care and optional rotation.
What warranty applies?

Limited construction coverage applies to the original purchaser of a new mattress for the term stated for that model. Structurally defective products may be replaced using materials of equal or greater value.
Support requirements
Use a new foundation, a platform or another rigid surface, or a powered adjustable base. A previously used foundation voids coverage. King and California King frames require a rigid center rail and six legs reaching the floor.

A new mattress purchased from Tempur-Pedic or an authorized retailer has 10 years of limited coverage. Tempur-Pedic repairs or replaces products it determines have a covered defect. Eligible removable covers also have 10-year coverage for material or workmanship faults.

Use a structurally sound support system. When using slats without an additional foundation, slats must be at least 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart.

Use a firm, solid-surface, non-spring foundation or an adjustable base capable of supporting both the mattress and sleepers. Continuous support is required; the manufacturer may request evidence of the support system.

Coverage depends on the complete policy and law-tag code. The number before the slash identifies years without a deductible; the number after it identifies the total warranty term. For example, 5/10 means five years without a deductible within a ten-year term.

Caring for your Tempur-Pedic mattress
Your mattress cover
Current ProAdapt, LuxeAdapt, ProBreeze and LuxeBreeze models have removable, washable covers. Follow your model’s care label; Tempur-Pedic recommends cold washing and cool drying.
Protect the TEMPUR material
Do not wash or soak the TEMPUR material. If a spill occurs, remove the bedding and absorb excess moisture; allow the mattress to dry fully before covering it again.
Everyday care
The mattress does not need flipping or rotating. Electric blankets and heating pads are not recommended because added heat can interfere with the material’s response to body temperature.
Moving & storage
Transport and store the mattress flat. Use handles only for positioning, not carrying the mattress.

Support for your Tempur-Pedic mattress
A solid, elevated surface
Use a solid, elevated support surface capable of supporting the mattress and sleepers. Tempur-Pedic recommends its flat foundations or adjustable bases. Improper support can void the warranty.
Slatted frames & platforms
A slatted frame may be suitable when its slats are structurally sound, at least 3 inches wide and no more than 4 inches apart, and can support the mattress and occupants.
Bases to avoid
Traditional spring box springs have too much give. Tempur-Pedic also advises against plywood, futon bases, bunkie boards and placing the mattress directly on the floor; these can damage the mattress or affect warranty coverage.
Murphy / wall beds
The flat wooden frame must support the mattress and sleepers and meet the same slat requirements. Tempur-Pedic recommends keeping the mattress flat and horizontal instead of folding it into the wall each morning.
